KIRAN Karachi Tender: Hiring of Rental Transport Services (Tender No. 12/2025-26)

Issuer: KIRAN (Public Sector Organization), Karachi. Purpose: Hiring of rental transport services for institute employees on contract basis for one (01) year, extendable up to five (05) years. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed and experienced firms/contractors meeting the eligibility/qualification criteria in the tender documents.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Tender documents and detailed specifications may be downloaded from the PPRA website or obtained from the Accounts Department, KIRAN, Karachi during working hours (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM) by applying on company letterhead and paying the tender cost listed below (non-refundable).

- Tender cost must be paid by Bank Draft / Pay Order in the name of KIRAN, Karachi. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. No tender document will be sold on the opening date.

- Bids (sealed) will be collected up to 11:30 AM on the due date and opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of attending bidders.

- Acceptance/rejection of bids will be made according to PPRA Rules 33(1).
