WAPDA Jinnah Hydel Power Station Kalabagh — Invitation to E-Bid (GIS-171)

Issuer: Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) — Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station (JHPS), Kalabagh (Mianwali).

WAPDA invites electronic bids from firms/contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and registered with PEC in the relevant category for execution of the following work at JHPS.

Key instructions:

• E-bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available on EPADS: www.eprocure.gov.pk.
• Only electronic bids submitted via EPADS on or before the closing date/time will be accepted; manual bids are not accepted.
• Single Stage One Envelope procurement procedure will be followed. Electronic bids will be opened in presence of bidders' authorized representatives.
• Bid security in the form of CDR in favor of R.E. JHPS Kalabagh (A/c No. 158337100642, IBAN: PK10UNIL0112158337100642). The name of the firm must be mentioned on the CDR.
• Copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the electronic bid; the original CDR along with one copy of the bidding document must be submitted to the Resident Engineer's office on or before the closing date/time.
• Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules, 2004 is available on EPADS and www.ppra.gov.pk.
