Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed consulting firms to develop a comprehensive, evidence-driven, and operationally realistic PRCS Health & WASH Strategy for 2026–2030. The assignment includes situational analysis, institutional capacity assessment, stakeholder consultations, emergency preparedness review, development of a strategic framework with implementation roadmap, MEAL system, and high-level costing. Sealed Technical and Financial proposals are required.
