Segment Head, Digital Product Development (Digital Banking Group) – The Bank of Punjab

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab. The Bank invites applications for the position of Segment Head – Digital Product Development in its Digital Banking Division (Digital Banking Group).

Key responsibilities include managing execution of digital banking initiatives for digital channels; translating business objectives and product visions into delivery plans, functional requirements, project roadmaps, sprint plans and milestones; leading requirement management including business requirement gathering, gap analysis, prioritization, functional specifications and change requests; managing and governing agile and hybrid project delivery (workstream planning, backlog management, release coordination, UAT governance and rollout planning). The role requires strong expertise in security standards/frameworks and familiarity with SBP regulations for digital and alternate banking channels.
