| Key Responsibilities | Manage execution of digital banking initiatives; translate business objectives and product visions into delivery plans, functional requirements, roadmaps, sprint plans and milestones; lead business requirement gathering, gap analysis, prioritization, functional specifications and change requests; manage agile/hybrid delivery, workstream planning, backlog management, release coordination, UAT governance and rollout; ensure compliance with SBP regulations for digital and alternate banking channels; apply security standards and frameworks. |
