Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites applications for the position of Management Trainee Officer (Monitoring & Reporting). The role is project/monitoring focused within the Power Division and requires strong analytical, reporting and dashboard skills for power sector data monitoring.

| Qualification | Master’s degree (16 years) in Finance, Commerce, Business, Public Administration or related fields; or Master’s in Data Analytics / Data Science / Business Analytics from an HEC-recognized/affiliated university. |
| Minimum Academic Standard | Minimum CGPA/percentage as specified by the organisation for local and foreign degrees; foreign degree holders must provide HEC/PEC equivalence. |
| Skills & Competencies | Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; good report-writing and presentation skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or other dashboard/reporting tools preferred. |
| Knowledge Advantage | Data collection, validation and reporting processes; dashboard/reporting and data visualization concepts; understanding of Pakistan’s power sector, DISCO operations and regulatory environment; awareness of operational efficiency indicators (losses, recoveries, receivables). |
| Experience & Eligibility | Fresh graduates from reputable universities are encouraged to apply. Any candidate with a foreign degree must provide equivalence. Maximum age: 30 years as of closing date. |
| Remuneration | Remuneration package of Rs. 100,000 per month (lump-sum) to the selected candidate. |
| Employment Term | Initially engaged for a period of one year; continuation subject to performance and availability of the post. |
