Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) / bids from reputable and eligible bidders registered on EPADS 2.0 for hiring services of a firm for deployment/outsourcing of ALM in LESCO. Selection will be made through Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) using the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

E-bidding documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements, are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk and on LESCO's website (www.lesco.gov.pk). Bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and with Income Tax & Sales Tax. Bids are to be submitted through the PPRA-EPADS/EPADS 2.0 system (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Further information is available during office hours (08:00–16:00).
