Purpose: Engage a consulting firm / joint venture to provide consultancy services (feasibility study and detailed design) for the F/S, design and construction of Central Prison Malakand under Provincial ADP No. 748/220195 (2025-26). Selection will be made under Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS).

Fee & availability: RFP/TOR can be obtained on any working day during office hours at least three days before the closing date on payment of Rs. 5,000 (cash).
Deadline: Proposals must be received by 2026-07-01 until 12:00 Noon.
