Issuer: Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC). PM&DC invites electronic bids/proposals from quality firms/workshops/vendors duly registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and having their own workshop/stock/manpower/expertise in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for pre-qualification to provide repair services. Contract duration: three (03) years.
Pre-qualification packages and detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available free of cost from PM&DC and via E-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk).

Submission and opening:
- Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 10:30 AM, 29th June, 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted.
- Original bid security must reach PM&DC, G-10/4, Islamabad on or before 10:30 AM on the bid closing date (29th June, 2026).
- Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM, 29th June, 2026 in the presence of bidders' representatives.
Other conditions: PM&DC reserves the right to accept or reject bids fully or partially as per PPRA rules.
