Issuer: Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA).
Purpose: Final public notice giving listed allottees of housing scheme Sector F-14/15 a last opportunity to deposit outstanding down payment(s) and inform FGEHA, failing which the consent letters for the plots will be cancelled without further notice.
Background: Consent letters were issued in 2016 with a requirement to deposit the prescribed down payment within twenty-one (21) days of issuance. After more than eight (08) years and multiple reminders and opportunities for personal hearing, the listed allottees have not complied.
Required action: Each listed allottee must deposit the requisite outstanding payment(s) and inform FGEHA within seven (07) days from the date of publication of this notice to avoid cancellation of the consent letter.
