Banking Court-II, Hyderabad issues this notice on behalf of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (TBL), head office Faisal Avenue, Islamabad, and its Hyderabad office/branch at Jahan Saeedabad, District Jamshoro, in a recovery suit claiming Rs 455,601 plus markup and fund expenses against Muhammad Basham Dad Hamd Yousuf.
The defendant is required to appear in this court on 2026-08-10 at 08:30 AM and must file a written statement of defence within 30 days as provided under the cited ordinance (Section 10). Failure to appear or to file the written reply may result in a decree being passed in favour of the plaintiff.
