LESCO invites electronic bids through E-PADS on a 'Single Stage One Envelope' tendering procedure for various construction and development works.

Construction companies duly licensed and renewed for the year 2025-26 by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the specified technical and financial categories.

How to Apply

A complete set of bidding documents for each work is available and can be downloaded from PPRA E-PADS Portal (www.epads.gov.pk) till 11:00 AM on 07-05-2026. Bid security (in original) must be delivered to the office physically by 11:00 AM on 07-05-2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.

A 10% performance security will be required from the successful bidder.
