How to Apply
Procurement will be carried out through E-Procurement (EPADS). The E-Tender Notice & Bidding Document are available on EPADS and PPRA Websites (https://walledcitylahore.gop.pk/, http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.asp). Bidders shall submit E-bid through uploading of PDF file on EPADS and also submit the original bid to the procuring agency. Prospective bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of a CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee of any scheduled Bank @ 2% of the estimated cost.

The bid shall be a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. No cutting/amendment in bid quoted by contractors through electronic system. No telephonic/conditional tender and without earnest money will be entertained.
