Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery — TMA Badhber, Peshawar

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Badhber, Local Government, Election & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Purpose: Fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery; chassis will be supplied by TMA Badhber Peshawar. E-Bids to be submitted on EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope method (Technical & Financial) as per KPPRA Rules 2014.

Eligibility: Reputed and experienced manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers/firms with NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration and after-sale service & spare-parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Registration: bidders must be registered on EPADS (https://kpeprocure.gov.pk/it/supplier/registration).

Submission & Opening: E-Bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS on or before 2026-07-02 by 12:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later; time/date/venue will be communicated to bidders via provided email addresses.

Bid Security: Original 2% bid security of the total bid price in the shape of CDR in the name of "TMO, TMA Badhber Peshawar" must be sealed in an envelope, marked accordingly, and reach the office of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Badhber Peshawar, Main Kohat Road, Ring Road Flyover, Garhi Qamar Din, Peshawar.

Terms: All applicable taxes (sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties) as per government rules apply. Rates to be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late-submitted or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase order subject to release of funds. Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
