PHE Division Tank Tender: AM&R DWSS Civil & Electrical/Mechanical Works (2026-27)

Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Tank invites electronic bids (single stage, single envelope) via EPADS from pre-qualified firms/contractors in response to INF(P) 1989/26 dated 01-05-2026 (pre-qualified vide order No. 01-07/G-4/PHE (Tank) dated 04-06-2026) in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014 (as amended).

Bidders may obtain details from the office of the undersigned at Tank.

Key conditions:

• Bid submission: Electronically through EPADS on or before 2026-06-29 at 02:00 p.m.; bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 p.m. by the Procurement Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• Bid security: 2% of the bid cost in the shape of a call deposit in the name of Executive Engineer PHE Division Tank.
• Stamp duty and tender form fee: @0.03% of estimated amount in shape of call deposit (mandatory). Failure to provide required CDRs will render the bid non-responsive.
• Contractors must write CDR amount, number and bank name clearly on stamp paper, mention the scheme name, and have it attested by an Oath Commissioner; noncompliance will make bids non-responsive.
• All government taxes will be deducted as per government policy.
• Estimated amounts are available in the BOQs published on EPADS.
• In case of equal bids, evaluation will consider past performance, litigation history with the department, code of conduct, previous record and other relevant rules/conditions.
• Tenders may be cancelled at any time with valid reason. All relevant laws and rules apply.
