Issuer: The Asia Foundation (TAF). Purpose: Pre-qualification of vendors/suppliers/firms for supply of goods and provision of services under multiple categories. Pre-qualification/award period: 2026-08-01 to 2029-07-31.
Application deadline: 2026-06-25. Submission method: Proposals will only be accepted in sealed envelopes clearly mentioning "Pre-Qualifications for relevant category" and must reach the office address below by the deadline. Pre-qualification form and queries: email [email protected]. Copies of latest NTN and GST registration certificates are required where applicable. All government applicable taxes will be deducted from payments as per law.

| Air Travel Services | Quotations, ticket issuance, changes, cancellations, and travel-related support per organizational requirements. |
| Electrical Items / Services | Supply, installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical items and services (wiring, lights, switches, sockets, electrical fittings, appliances, generators, UPS, and electrical support services). |
| General Repair and Maintenance | General repair and maintenance for office premises (carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, minor civil works, furniture, fixtures, and routine maintenance). |
| Vehicle Repair and Maintenance | Vehicle servicing, mechanical and electrical repair, oil change, tyre services, battery replacement, diagnostics, spare parts, denting, painting, and emergency vehicle support. |
| Hotel Services | Hotel, venue, and hospitality services including accommodation, meeting/training halls, conference packages, meals, refreshments, audiovisual support, event arrangements for official meetings, workshops, and trainings. |
| Car Rental Services | Rental vehicles with or without drivers for field/local travel, airport transfers, intercity travel, monthly vehicle rental, provision of well-maintained vehicles with licensed drivers where required. |
Notes: All items/services will be provided according to TAF specifications on a need basis. Interested firms/vendors should ensure valid business registration and submit required documents by the stated deadline.
