CDA (Aiwan-e-Sadr) Tenders for Civil Works and Services in Cabinet Block, Islamabad

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (Civil Division Aiwan-e-Sadr), Islamabad. National competitive bidding (single stage, single envelope) through E-PADS (eprocure.gov.pk). Eligible firms/contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate code/category and hold valid PEC license, plus NTN & GST registration (validity up to 2026-06-30).

Conditional bids will be rejected. Bidders must also submit an undertaking on stamp paper (Rs.50) attested by a notary public confirming the firm/contractor is not blacklisted or involved in litigation as specified.

Original bids will be opened in the office of Director / Dy. Director (Civil) A/Sadr, CDA (Room No.32, Ground Floor, Aiwan-e-Sadr Building, Islamabad) on the scheduled opening date and time listed below.
