E-Tender: Construction of Fire Watch Towers in Upper Swat (EPADS)

Issuer: Divisional Forest Officer, Upper Swat Forest Division (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). E-tenders are invited under Single Stage Single Envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014 on EPADS for works under ADP project "Strengthening of Forest Fire Management System in Malakand Forest Region-III (Revised)".

Eligibility: Well reputed contractors duly registered with KPRA, Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 category or above for the year 2025-26. The firm must be a registered entity with KPRA under Rule 37A of KPPRA.

How to apply: Interested bidders must register and submit e-bids on EPADS via https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Bidders shall download the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) from EPADS (no hard copy will be provided). Bids must be stamped and signed by an authorized person before uploading.

Deadline & Opening: Submit e-bids on or before 2026-06-22 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.

Notes & Conditions: All federal and provincial duties/stamp duty/taxes, including KPRA taxes, will be recoverable as per government directives. Any disfiguring/overwriting or manipulation in the uploaded tender/BOQ may lead to rejection. Incomplete, conditional, late-submitted, or manual bids will not be accepted.
