Saindak Metals Limited RFP: Detailed Design & Resident Supervision of Civil Works — Proposals due 2026-08-04

Saindak Metals Limited (SML) invites technical and financial proposals from consultancy firms for the detailed design and resident supervision of civil works for development projects. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), FBR and the concerned revenue authority, appear on FBR's Active Taxpayers List, and will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method (Single Stage – Two Envelope) per PPRA Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010.

RFP documents are available on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk), PPRA EPMS and SML's website. Submit proposals electronically via EPADS by 2026-08-04 14:00 hrs; bids will be opened on EPADS on 2026-08-04 14:30 hrs and then publicly at SML Head Office, Gul Bagh, Samangli Road, Quetta.
