Saindak Metals Limited RFP: Detailed Design & Resident Supervision of Civil Works

Saindak Metals Limited invites technical and financial proposals (Quality and Cost Based Selection) from consultancy firms for detailed design and resident supervision of civil works for its development projects. Eligible consultants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), FBR and the concerned revenue authority (BRA), and appear on FBR's Active Taxpayers List.

RFP documents are available on EPADS/PPRA EPMS and SML's website. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 2026-08-04 at 14:00 hrs; bids will be opened on EPADS on 2026-08-04 at 14:30 hrs and the opening will be publicly held at SML Head Office, Gul Bagh, Samangli Road, Quetta.
