Eligibility and required qualifications (as stated):
- Three assignments of similar nature and complexity, each worth PKR 30 million, in the previous five years.
- Accumulated turnover of at least PKR 100 million in three previous years.
- Presence on the Active Tax Payer List and BRA registration certificate.
- The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Firm/organization must have implemented similar or welfare projects in at least 10 districts of Balochistan.
- Bidder shall have trained at least 60,000 youth in employability skills through various assignments (ongoing or completed during the last five years), including at least 1,000 youth from Balochistan.
- Bidder shall be registered with TTB & NAVTTC on its official portal.
Notes: Procurements require registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (Government of Balochistan).
