• Contractor registered/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for 2025-2026.
• Valid NTN, CNIC, FBR and SRB documents (originals to be presented at time of tender purchase).
• Specialized PEC codes required: CE-09 and CE-10.
• Proprietor or legally authorized person of the firm may purchase the tender documents.
• Company reserves the right to verify all bidder documents; for other eligibility conditions/criteria visit the office of the undersigned.

Earnest money:

3% of the total bid value as Call Deposit / Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee (refundable), drawn in favor of "Central Power Generation Company Limited."

Procedure and notes:

• The bid shall follow a single-stage two-envelope bidding process under PPRA Rules 36(b).
• Interested participants will submit their proposals on e-pad.
• If a public holiday is announced or due to unavoidable circumstances, the tender will be opened on the next working day.

• The Chief Executive Officer, Genco-II TPS Guddu, may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
