Issuer: Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) — RENEW Project. Bid Reference: AKAHP-GBC/RENEW-26/DWSS-0001.
Purpose: Supply of HDPE pipes and various sizes/types of HDPE fittings for construction of Drinking Water Supply System (DWSS) projects. Procurement is conducted separately for Chitral and Gilgit regions; bidders may apply for one or both regions but must submit a complete bid for each region (partial bids within a region will not be considered).

Eligibility: ISO 9001 (or equivalent)-certified manufacturers or authorized suppliers, registered with relevant tax authorities (if applicable), and experienced in supply of HDPE pipes and fittings of similar nature and scale.
Bidding procedure: Single Stage - One Envelope. Bidders must submit a bid covering the complete scope for the region(s) they apply for. Detailed bidding documents (technical specifications, eligibility, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions, submission instructions) are available via email from the regional focal persons listed below. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-12 at 11:00 AM.
