CDA E-Bids: Provision of Summer/Autumn Flower Seedlings — Bid Closes 2026-06-17

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Directorate of Environment (East), Islamabad. Invitation for electronic bids (Single Stage - Single Envelope) under PPRA rules for supply of flower seedlings.

Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above with Project Code CE-10 etc. for the year 2026-27, and otherwise able to prove eligibility and qualifications as required in the bidding documents.

Bid Security: Bids must be accompanied by bid security generated from the firm’s own account and issued as a Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO, Environment (East), CDA. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded to E-PADS in PDF; the original must be provided on or before the opening of bids.

Bidding Documents & Submission: Electronic bidding documents are available to registered bidders on E-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk). Prospective bidders must submit bids online through E-PADS. Manual/physical bids will not be entertained.

Deadlines & Opening: Last date/time for online submission: 2026-06-17 at 11:30 AM. Electronic bids will be opened publicly on 2026-06-17 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Director Environment (East), CDA, 9th Avenue, Environment Directorate (East), CDA office, F-9 Park, Islamabad. Bidders’ authorized representatives may attend the opening.
