E-Bidding Tender Notice: Pre-qualification for Tents Supply

Pre-qualification of firms for the supply of Family, Winterized, and Shelter Tents.

Eligibility

Manufacturers, authorized distributors or suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must also be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

How to Apply

Interested bidders are required to register and submit their bids online at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must be submitted through EPADS on or before 1100 hours, 04th May, 2026 (Monday). Samples of respective tents are required to be submitted to Director (Procurement), NDMA Headquarters, Main Murree Road, Islamabad before closing of the bids.

Notes

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 5.0 Million in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 50,000 is required, payable in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Director (Procurement), NDMA. Bids without tender fee shall not be entertained.
