Eligibility
Firms/Contractors must submit complete credentials as shown in Serial 8, have sufficient experience in the relevant field, be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), be on the approved List of MES in Categories 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', & 'E', and not be involved in litigation or have outstanding reports from Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.
