Eligibility
Intending Contractors/Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category/codes with valid renewed PEC License for FY 2025-26. Firms must be registered on Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk).

How to Apply
Upload earnest money (CDR only) as per PPRA Rules, 2014 (Bid Security) in favor of Executive Engineer Highways Division Jhang. Submit bids on the PPRA website half an hour before the opening date and time. Original CDR must be furnished half an hour before bid opening.

Original CDR must be furnished half an hour before bid opening. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract amount is required within 15 days of offer letter, in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee (valid for 3 months beyond completion time) in favor of Executive Engineer Highways Division Jhang. Bidders must quote item rates and total amount; mathematical differences will be resolved by item rates. Rates quoted above or below estimated cost will be non-responsive. Submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification. The procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35. Rigid pavement will use concrete batching and paving machine. TST/DST/Surfacing by mechanized system. Recovery against old material will be adjusted manually. Contractor claims for work done will be submitted electronically via Digital Measurement Book. No cost overrun due to price variation as per Clause-55 is admissible.
