AKAHP Invitation to Bid: Supply of HDPE Pipes & Fittings for DWSS — Chitral & Gilgit (Ref: AKAHP-GBC/RENEW-26/DWSS-0001)

Issuer: Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) — RENEW Project. AKAHP invites sealed bids from reputable, financially sound, and experienced manufacturers or authorized dealers for the supply of HDPE (HOPE) pipes and fittings for Drinking Water Supply System (DWSS) projects in the Chitral and Gilgit regions.

Eligibility & requirements:

• ISO 9001 (or equivalent) certified manufacturers or authorized suppliers.
• Registered with relevant tax authorities (if applicable).
• Proven experience in supply of HDPE pipes and fittings of similar nature and scale.

Bidding procedure and key dates:

• Bid reference: AKAHP-GBC/RENEW-26/DWSS-0001.
• Procurement method: Single Stage – One Envelope. Bidders must submit a single bid covering the complete scope for each region they apply for; partial bids within a region will not be considered.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-12 at 11:00 AM.
• Submission deadline: 2026-06-19 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM at the respective AKAHP offices in Chitral and Gilgit-Baltistan. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• AKAHP reserves the right to reject or cancel the bid at any time prior to contract award.
