Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi Tender — Pathology & Microbiology Proprietary Rental Reagents

Issuer: Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex (Medical Teaching Institution), Swabi. Reference: INF(P)2716/26.

Purpose: Procurement of Pathology & Microbiology proprietary items on a rental reagent basis via single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bids must be uploaded on the EPADS portal and hard copies submitted as specified.

Important conditions:

• Only typed tenders on the firm's original letterhead, signed and stamped on every page, will be accepted; handwritten tenders are not acceptable.
• Tenders must follow hospital specifications; alternate rates will not be accepted.
• Bid security must be submitted from the account of the firm/bidder/contractor in favor of the Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex, Swabi. Pay Order (PO) as bid security will not be accepted.
• Firms must also submit a hard copy of the bid along with the original bid security and original stamp papers; otherwise the tender will not be accepted.
• Income Tax, stamp duty, General Sales Tax (GST) and other government taxes will be charged as per rules.
• Detailed specifications/BOQs can be obtained from the Bacha Khan Medical Complex website: www.gkmcs.edu.pk or www.bkmcs.edu.pk and are uploaded on EPADS.
• Rates will be applicable for BKMC, GKMC, THQ Hospital Topi & THQ Hospital Chota Lahore.
• The BKMC reserves the right to cancel any or all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority by assigning cogent reason.
