Scope of work:

• Last date for issuing tender documents: 2026-06-19 at 14:00 Hrs.
• Last date/time for receiving and opening tenders: 2026-06-19 at 14:30 Hrs.

Bid format and submission method:

• Single-stage, two-envelope bidding process under PPRA Rule 36(b).
• Interested participants shall submit their proposals on e-pad.
• Bids received after the closing date/time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

Earnest money and payment:

• Earnest money: 3% of the total bid value, in the form of Call Deposit / Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee (refundable), drawn in favour of "Central Power Generation Company Limited."

Eligibility and required documents:

• Contractor registered/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2025–2026.
• Specialized PEC code required: CE-09 or CE-10.
• Registration documents: NTN, CNIC, valid FBR and SRB (originals) to be presented at time of tender purchase.
• All required documents must be attached along with 3% Call Deposit.
• Proprietor or legally authorized person of the firm is eligible to purchase the tender.
• Company reserves the right to verify any or all documents of the bidder.

• If a public holiday is announced or opening is not possible due to unavoidable circumstances, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
• Chief Executive Officer, CPGCL (Genco-II), TPS Guddu may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
