Issuer: Pakistan Land Port Authority (PLPA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan. Tender Reference: IT-05-2026-1 for Procurement of IT Equipment for PLPA Offices.
A corrigendum adds the following mandatory pass/fail eligibility criteria to the bidding documents. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

| a. | Bidder duly incorporated and registered with SECP. |
| b. | Valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Active Taxpayer per FBR records. |
| c. | Valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate (where applicable). |
| d. | Valid ISO 9001:2015 certification or equivalent. |
| e. | Submission of a duly signed Non-Blacklisting Certificate/Affidavit. |
| f. | Average annual turnover of not less than PKR 350 million during the last three (03) financial years. |
| g. | Minimum of ten (10) full-time technical professionals relevant to the project, supported by HR/payroll/employment records. |
| h. | Successful completion of similar projects in Government/Public Sector/Defense/Law Enforcement/Border Management/Customs/Transportation/Critical Infrastructure or other national-level organizations during the last five (05) years. |
| i. | Involvement in execution of Government sector projects with minimum contract value of PKR 100 million. |
| j. | Registered office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. |
Submission method: Bidders are advised to submit bids through the Electronic Procurement & Asset Disposal System (EPADS) before the stipulated closing time. Late submissions will not be entertained.
