HMC Tender HMC-29/2026 — Supply of Machined Steel Parts, Roasted Starch and Bricks (Taxila)

Issuer: Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila. Sealed tenders are invited on FOR Taxila basis from suppliers registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax departments for supply of the listed items. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management.

Submission: Sealed tenders addressed to CFO, clearly marked with the tender number and prepared in accordance with bidding instructions must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila by the stated deadlines. Tenders will be opened in the Admin Block at 14:30 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

Bid Documents & Fee: Bidding documents can be purchased from the Department of Supply Chain Management against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) in the form of CDR / Pay Order in favor of HMC.

Right to Reject: HMC reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award of the contract.
