Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Chitral. TMA Chitral invites bids under KPPRA rules using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must upload complete bids on the EPADS portal (KPPRA e-Procurement) on or before 25 June 2026 by 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key terms & conditions:
- Tender documents, technical specifications and evaluation criteria can be downloaded from the EPADS portal.
- Non-refundable tender fee: Rs. 2,000 payable at the TMA office with the application.
- Bid security: 2% of the bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of TMO, TMA Chitral. The CDR and the financial bid must also be submitted in hard form at the time of bid opening.
- All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
- Rates should be quoted for delivery to the TMA Chitral Office.
- Bidders must follow the terms and conditions provided in the bidding documents; incomplete, conditional, or telegraphic bids will not be entertained.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
