Issuer: Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Custom House, Peshawar. Sealed bids are invited from authorized firms, contractors and general order suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, registered with KPRA, and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for transportation and destruction/disposal of seized/confiscated goods from state warehouses and Anti-Smuggling Units to concerned points of destruction (Peshawar, DNIK-Rata Kulachi) during the current financial year.
Vehicles and supervision: Transportation will be carried out using heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), articulated lorries, or large trailers. Destruction will be carried out under the supervision of deputed staff.

Tender documents: Available from the Office of the Assistant Collector (HO), General Branch, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Custom House, Peshawar on payment of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) as per Rule 23(5) of PPRA Rules 2004.
Eligibility: Only firms that have worked with Pakistan Customs for transportation of goods/vehicles in the past three (03) years are eligible to participate.
Pre-bid meeting: 12th June 2026 at Custom House, Peshawar. Details regarding quantities and specific destruction points will be communicated at the pre-bid meeting. Only bidders who attend the pre-bid meeting will be eligible to submit bids.
Bid submission and opening: Bids must reach the office of the Assistant Collector (HO), Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Custom House, Peshawar on or before 2026-06-20 up to 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders.
