Tender: Supply of Non-Cooked Items for Elite Police Training Centre, Hakimabad Nowshera (Lot-Wise)

Issuing authority: Deputy Commandant, Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. Invitation to tender for supply of non-cooked items for Elite Police Training Centre Hakimabad, Nowshera for the financial year 2026-27 under KPPRA Rules 2014. Single Stage, Single Envelope procedure on lot basis.

Eligibility & mandatory requirements

Eligible bidders must provide:

• Valid registration with Income Tax Department (NTN) and Sales Tax Department.
• Active Professional Tax Certificate.
• Minimum three years' supply experience to Government/Semi-Government or reputable private sector/institutes.
• Affidavit on stamp paper that the firm has not been blacklisted by any Government Department.
• Proof of financial soundness, supply capability and past performance; copies of company/firm profile, registration certificates and previous work orders.

Bid security & submission

Bids must include 2% bid security (earnest money) in favour of the Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (as specified). Complete application in sealed envelope must reach the office of the undersigned before 2026-06-23. Bids submitted via the E-PAD (scan copy) plus the original hard copy (two sealed envelopes) are required. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Important terms

• Rates should be quoted separately for each lot and must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, transportation and delivery charges.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
• Successful bidders will receive supply orders as per requirement. Payment subject to availability of funds and after inspection/verification of supplied items and clearance by the Accountant General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
