Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Karak, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. TMA Karak invites e-tenders (EPADs) under the single-stage two-envelope method (KPPRA Rules 2014) for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery.
Eligible bidders: Reputed manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers/firms registered with NTN and GST, holding valid PEC registration and providing 3S facilities (Sale, Service & Spare Parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Submission and opening:
Bids must be submitted/uploaded through the EPADs/e-bid box system on or before 2016-06-29 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2016-06-29 at 12:00 PM.
Bid security: 2% of the total bid price in the shape of CDR, payable in the name of TMO (TMA Karak). Other requirements and conditions include registration on EPAD, adherence to specified technical proposals, original bid security submission, and compliance with tax deductions (sales tax, income tax, KPRAs taxes, stamp duties, etc.).
Additional conditions: Incomplete/conditional bids or those not uploaded as required will be rejected. Successful bidders must provide operational training to staff where specified. TMA Karak reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with KPPRA rules.
