EPA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tender — GIS/MIS Strengthening, Solarization, Digitization & Carbon Monitoring (Closing 2026-07-06)

Issuer: Environmental Protection Agency, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Procurement method: single-stage two-envelope under KPPRA Rules 2014. Registration and documents: Interested firms/consultants must register on EPADS before uploading bids. The complete Request for Proposal (RFP) documents are available for download from EPADS.

Deadlines and submission: Register and upload bids on EPADS by 2026-07-06. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted through EPADS only on or before 2026-07-06 by 10:30 am. Technical proposals will be opened publicly on 2026-07-06 at 11:00 am. Proposals must be signed and stamped by an authorized person of the firm.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-30 at 10:00 am at the Office of the Director General, Environmental Protection Agency, 3rd Floor SDU Building, Gate No.05, Khyber Road, Peshawar Cantt.

Conditions: All federal and provincial duties/stamp duties/taxes including KPRA taxes will be recoverable as per government directives. Any disfiguring/overwriting or manipulation in the proposal shall be liable to rejection. Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be accepted. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; reasons for rejection will be communicated to firms upon request.
