Financial requirements and conditions:
- 2% bid security (CDR) must be submitted with bids.
- Additional security as per KPPRA Notification S.R.O.(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022.
- If a bidder quotes more than 20% below the estimated cost, the bid must be accompanied by detailed rate analysis and required additional security; otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive and bid security forfeited.
- Technical bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
