Women University Swabi (Project Directorate) invites e-bids under Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure for PSDP-funded works under the HEC project “Strengthening of Women University Swabi (New Campus)”. Eligible, reputed civil works contractors/companies registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and holding valid Income Tax and KPRA registration may bid. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Procurement (E-PAD) system.
