WASA Quetta Tenders 2026-27 — Pumping Machinery, Transformers, Pipelines & Petty Works (E-Bids)

Issuer: Water and Sanitation Authority (WASA), Quetta. WASA Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for framework agreement works for the year 2026-2027. Bids (E-Bids only) are invited for the works listed below.

Key conditions and requirements:

- Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 (amended to date).
- Eligibility: presence in Active Tax Payer List; firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required.
- Experience: Sr. No.1: completion of 10 assignments of similar nature; Sr. No.2: 5 assignments; Sr. No.3: 5 assignments; Sr. No.4: no prior experience required.
- Turnover requirements: Sr. No.1: Rs.35,000,000; Sr. No.2: Rs.21,000,000; Sr. No.3: Rs.35,000,000; Sr. No.4: no turnover requirement. Turnover to be shown in two subsequent previous years to demonstrate financial capacity.
- Method of procurement: Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure.

Bid security and documents:

- Bid security: bids must accompany bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. The document refers to 3% as specified above and payable in the name of the Managing Director WASA from a scheduled bank.
- Tender documents: can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of the non-refundable bidding document fee through Allied Bank (Account No. 0010003801800095, New Zarghoon Road, Quetta Branch). Schedule and submission:

- Issuance of documents: from date of publication of NIT until 2026-06-18 during office hours on working days.
- Last date for submission: 2026-06-18 by 11:00 AM at the office of the Chairman Procurement Committee, WASA.
- Tender opening: same day (2026-06-18) at 12:00 PM at the office of the Chairman Procurement Committee, WASA.
