CRBC (Lift-Cum-Gravity) Project, WAPDA invites e-bids for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of off-grid solar power systems and solar charging kits for CRBC (LCG) Project facilities in D.I. Khan. Procurement will be financed from WAPDA funds set aside for FY 2025-26. Completion period: 30 days.

Eligibility & Qualification: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and hold a valid PEC license Category C-6 or above with specialization code EE11.
Procurement Method: Single Stage-One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bid Security: Rs. 140,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Chief Engineer / Project Director, CRBC (LCG) Project, D.I. Khan. Bid security must be delivered physically before the bid submission deadline.
Submission & Opening: E-bids must be submitted via EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) on or before 11:00 Hours on Thursday, 2026-06-18. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hours.
