Eligibility: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and hold a valid PEC license Category C-6 or above with specialization code EE11. Procurement method: Single Stage–One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bid security: PKR 140,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of CE/PD, CRBC (LCG) Project, D.I. Khan. The original CDR must be delivered physically before the bid submission deadline.
Submission method: E-bids only via e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 — https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
