District Health Officer / THQ Hospital Kabal Swat invites electronic bids for selection of a vendor for Schat Sahulat Program Local Purchase (SSP-LP) of Medicines, Surgical Disposables (SDs) and Non-Drug Items (NDIs) for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement rules and will be conducted via the EPADS KP-PPRA e-procurement portal.

- Valid Drug Sale License under KP Drug Rules, 1982 (as amended)
- Registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and presence on Active Taxpayer List (ATL)
- Firm/LP bidder registration with KPRA
- Valid registration on EPADS KP-PPRA Portal
Additional important conditions:
- Bidders must quote their maximum possible discount on Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for medicines; negotiations are not permissible under KPPRA Rules, 2014.
- Any bid will be declared non-responsive if bid security is not provided; submitted after the deadline; ambiguous, unsigned or conditional; if the firm/vendor is blacklisted or suspended by the Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; or if the firm/vendor is convicted or under trial in any court of law.
- Original CDR must be submitted to the Administration Block, THQ Hospital Kabal. Bidders must upload all mandatory documents as mentioned in the bidding documents; failure will render bids non-responsive.
- The District Health Officer Swat reserves the right to reject any or all bids under clause 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules.
