Model Town Society Lahore: Notice of Proposed Nominee Membership for Property in Model Town

The Secretary of Model Town Society, Lahore gives public notice that an application for nominee membership has been received in respect of a Model Town property after the death of Mr. Sher Ahmad Lodhi. The applicant, Mr. Rashid Amir Lodhi (son of Sher Ahmad Lodhi), has applied for nominee membership for the stated property and has submitted a copy of a lost-document report and an indemnity bond instead of the original share certificate.

Anyone having bona fide objection to the proposed nominee membership or the documents produced must submit written documentary proof to the society within 15 days of this notice. If no objection is received within the prescribed period, the society will proceed with the membership application.
