Model Town Society Lahore: Notice of Proposed Nominee Membership for Property No. 245/247

The Secretary, Model Town Society, Lahore, informs the public that share certificate No. 3072 (Share No. 1488, dated 1960-02-10) relating to the estate of the late Shir Ahmad Lodhi has been dealt with under a decree dated 2015-10-22 appointing heirs. An application has been received from Mr. Rashid Amir Lodhi (son of Shir Ahmad Lodhi), jointly with his brother Mr. Shahid Amir Lodhi, for nominee/membership in respect of Property No. 245, Model Town Lahore (area shown as 02 kanal 04 marla, 100 sq. ft.). The original share certificate was not produced; a lost-report, duplicate copy and indemnity bond were submitted.

Anyone having bona fide objection to the proposed nomination or membership should submit written documentary proof to the Society within 15 days of this publication; otherwise no objection will be entertained and the Society will proceed to process the membership application.
