Pakistan Sports Board RFP: Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium Seating Enhancement & Commercial Utilization – Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Srinagar Highway, Aabpara, Islamabad. The Pakistan Sports Board invites proposals (RFP) from firms registered with Pakistan Tax Authorities (Income Tax / Sales Tax) and listed on FBR ATL for the Design, Finance, Build, Operate and Transfer (DFBOT/DBFOT) of the "Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium Seating Enhancement & Commercial Utilization Scheme" at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model.

Key instructions include availability of proposal documents on the Pakistan Sports Board website and on ePAPS. A bid security in the form of CDR/Pay Order amounting to Rs.156,400/- (Rupees One hundred fifty six thousand four hundred only) in the name of Pakistan Sports Board is required and is refundable. Bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned before opening; proposals without the prescribed bid security will be declared non-responsive. The Director General, Pakistan Sports Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per PPRA rules.
