Social Welfare & Baitulmaal Department, Lahore invites electronic bids for hiring firms for provision of venue, catering and related services for collective marriage ceremonies in Lahore on a framework contract for Financial Year 2026-27.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain documents from the PPRA website and from the office of the Divisional Director, Social Welfare & Baitulmaal, Lahore (Social Welfare Complex, Umar Chowk Township, Lahore) on submission of a written application. Electronic bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement system. Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure will be applied as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Electronic bids must be accompanied by the stated bid security.
