IESCO Request for Bids – Civil Works at 132 kV Grid Station DHA Phase VII (Ref: P103345)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) / IESCO-PMU invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for civil works funded under IESCO-PMU procurement plan for FY 2026-27. Bidding will follow Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and its amendments.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bidding documents, bidding data, tender specifications and required forms are available on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS and follow the e-bidding instructions in the portal.

- All bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents (Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit / Demand Draft as described in the Bidding Document).

- Bids will be uploaded/submitted through EPADS only. Late submissions or submissions not on EPADS will not be entertained.

- Bids will be opened on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11:25 AM (as per notice).
