- Tender processing fee and Bid Security must be provided at the time of bid opening in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft in favour of Works Directorate, NUST H-12, Islamabad.
- Complete bidding documents, descriptions and detailed terms and conditions are available on the e-PADS (V-2.0) / e-procurement website: www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must register and submit bids through e-PADS (V-2.0).
- All e-bids must be submitted through e-PADS (V-2.0) as per the advertised schedule.
- NUST reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
