Re-Tender: Construction of 94-Men SM Barrack at Chashma (Mianwali)

Issuer: A Public Sector Organization. Sealed tenders are invited for the re-tender for construction of a 94-men SM barrack at site near Chashma (Mianwali).

Key conditions: Bidders must be security-wise cleared, enlisted and prequalified with the Department. Tender procedure: Single Stage - One Envelope (financial and technical in one envelope). Tender documents available Monday–Friday, 0900–1500 hrs from the undersigned office; issuance closes one day before opening. A 1% bid security (CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan) must be submitted with the bid; bank guarantees must expire at least 6 months after the bid opening. Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope and the envelope must show the name of work. Tenders will not be issued or accepted by post/courier/telegraphic means. The Tender Evaluation Committee may request analysis of quoted rates to verify reasonability and viability. Incomplete or non-responsive bids may be rejected.
